Freeman Facial Clay Mask Mint and Lemon Review

I love face masks they just make my skin feel baby skin, so I recently discovered Freeman Facial Clay Mask Mint & Lemon mask. I was immediately drawn to this product it claimed to clean out pores and give a brightening effect to the skin. I figured this was made for me!
This is a thick mask with an extremely strong lemon scent to it. Alcohol is one of the ingredients so if you get to close to eyes it strings! (experienced this several times) There is a tangly, almost burning feeling once applied all over the face. The 1st time that I used it, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to leave it on for the 10-15 minutes its recommends.  It dries at a nice pace and like all masks becomes hard. After it was fully dried, rinsing it off was fairly easy. It didn't leave a case and my face did feel refreshed. I did have a little breakout on the side of cheek and the mask did dry out the breakout, which eventually helped it go down. It didn't brighten or completely clean out my pore, but for $2.99 I couldn't complain. It did a nice job and I like the feeling of refreshment it made my face feel. Overall this is a nice mask, I can't say that it will clear up all breakouts, but it will dry it out and give your face a nice squeaky clean, refreshment boost! A must nice!

L'oreal Youth Code Texture Perfector and Pore Vanisher Review

Howdy everyone! Today I have 2 products that I have been loving and swear by! Loreal Youth Code skincare line is one of the best skincare line on the market in the opinion. Today I will be reviewing L'oreal Youth Code Texture Perfeector Serum and Youth Code Pore Vanisher. So do this product work or just simply overhyped? Lets take a look.

First up is the L'oreal Youth Code Texture Perfector serum, this a lightweight, non greasy milky iridescent white pink color. The texture of the serum is so smooth, it dries down to matte finish and within minutes you can truly see the texture of your skin becoming smooth and blurred. It moisturizes the skin nicely, so for oily skin people it won't make you over greasy.  The texture of my skin really changed with this product, my skin was so smooth and even. All my imperfections had been blurred and perfected! This is a miracle!

L'oreal Youth Code Pore Vanisher primer is a thick beige colored silicone primer. L'oreal claims that this primer will completely vanish your pores, not blur them, nor fill them, but truly vanish them. At sight and feel I immediately compared this to Benefit Porefessional primer, it has a nice non greasy, absorbing feel to it. My pores did immediately close up with this primer. I applied after I used the Texture Perfector so with my skin already blurred, this filled in my pores and honestly my pores were not there! Now the ingredients in this primer have elements that within 30 weeks are suppose to "cure your pores" I don't blame this at all, but this primer does do a great job at closing them while having the product on.

I love these both products so much! You don't need to have both of these products at the same time to vanish your pores. I have used the Pore Vanisher separately from the texture perfector and it still worked magically.  I do prefer using them together only because the texture perfector blurs my skin so perfectly, and the primer is just the icing on the cake. Price wise I think these are a good value considering what the cost of a serum and primer are in the higher end market. I found both of these at my local Target for $19.99 each. I highly recommend them. They work great together and apart! A must have!!

Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer Review

Quick post today about the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser primer. This primer was released in Asia market last year and finally made its way to USA in early January. So does it eraser your pores? Lets take a look!

Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser is a clear gel silicone base primer. Its non greasy, and has a lot of slip to it, so you must make sure that you let it dry before applying your makeup to avoid your makeup from sliding around. Now this primer is not a pore filling primer, it simply blurs the appearance of them. This is a downer for me because I have large pores on the side of my nose and the blurred effect doesn't do enough for me.
At 1st it gave the appearance that my pores where blurred fairly well, but within the hour my pores came to the surface and it looked as though I had never applied it. As far as a primer, it did decent. It didn't prolong my makeup, but it didn't disappear after a few hours either. The price is right at $6.99 and is a good pore eraser primer if you don't have large pores. But for someone with larger pores the blurring effect just won't do it.

Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser

Hello everyone. How was everyone weekend?! Mines was great it was my birthday this weekend, so I just feel so blessed to see another year! Today I have a skincare product that has recently grabbed and stolen my heart. Its Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser! Now I have never tried any Biore products, but because I large pore I'm always drawn to "pore cleansing" products. On to the review.
Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser is a thick black charcoal beaded gel. The texture is nice and lather pretty well. Once on the skin it spreads evenly and there is a cooling, refreshing feel that you feel as you continue to rub into the skin. The beads are not abrasive or to harsh so you don't feel like your tearing your skin apart. The formula is very gentle.

I love this product! My skin feel so soft and refresh. It does get my pores really clean. The feeling after using this is pretty come to the feel after I use my Clarisonic, just really clean and soft. I've been using this everyday for 2 weeks and I even have 3 bottles on back up. This is a really nice gentle exfoliate without over drying and dehydrating the skin. I love everything about this cleanser and I recommend it everyone no matter what type of skin combination that you have.

This can be found at Target, CVS or Walgreen
